Very experienced in the courtroom, Hayden practiced two years as an associate before being promoted to a partner of a small Richmond insurance defense firm after graduating from the prestigious Washington and Lee University law school in 1999. Hayden left that firm to start his own general litigation practice on March 17, 2008.
